Coach · Researcher · Practitioner
Rajeev has been associated with the TAO-Ritambhara gharana since 2012 and is a co-founder of Ritambhara. In this journey, he has been immersing, understanding, and working with various sources of Indic wisdom in individual and organization contexts, as well as frameworks for business strategy, organization alignment, and role design — aligned with the ethos of creating teams that are human, agile, and high-functioning. He is certified in life and executive coaching and the EUM assessment tools for both individuals and organizations from TAO Leadership Academy, and is a certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) from YogaVahini.
He works with organizations and leaders at different thresholds to enable their journey towards the "best that they can be." An action-researcher at heart, his current passion is the TAO-Ritambhara action-research on the Theory of Dharmic Firm and an aligned measurement framework — a response to the poly-crisis and a practical alternative to the prevalent models of organizations that are often extractive.
He is an ardent practitioner of Veda Chanting and loves to explore, through learning and teaching, the journey with sound — and through that, the silence from which it emerges.
Prior to joining TAO, he was part of several successful experiments. Over 18 years, he helped create high-functioning software product development teams modelled after artisanal guilds — both in his start-up and at a multinational organization. He also co-founded the first non-profit organic food store in Chennai.
He lives in Auroville and feels blessed to have a wife and daughter who co-journey in his quest of "what does it mean to live in a yogic and dharmic way in today's context."
